Tejashree Shah - Company Director

A polyglot, with 2 decades of experience in the domains of Entrepreneurship Development, Partnerships, Training and Education Management backed by a multidisciplinary educational background, including an MBA in Business Leadership Management, she believes learning never stops in life. Communications and collaborations are Tejashree’s forte. With a keen sense of discovering synergies, she believes she is able to make fruitful connections

Tejashree is at iCreate as Lead Stakeholder Engagement and also a part of the core team for Startup20, a work engagement group under India’s Presidency of G20. She has been nominated as a member of the Gujarat Pradesh Research and Policy team. Currently at iCreate she looks after Board matters and conducts accelerator programmes. She is a co-founder in a startup in the health and wellness domain. She dons multiple hats of an entrepreneur, a coach and a mentor with various organizations of great repute and is a spoken language examiner with the University of Cambridge. She has been appointed as a Mentor in Governance Board of Yuukke, the Co-Chair of Startup Cell and Advisor in Women Entrepreneurship Development Cell in MSME & Startup Forum Bharat, is a core committee member of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industries-Startup and Innovation Committee and also a Mentor of Change at Atal Innovation Mission, Mentor at iCreate, Nirma University, RNTU and CSL Labs. She has worked with Government of Gujarat’s Vibrant Gujarat Project, V-Governance- Karmayogi Maha Abhiyan as a trainer and as the honorary Director of Content for a Code for India initiative ‘Skill Up India’

PUJA D - Director

Puja has worked with prominent financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, ICICI Prudential and has immense experience in Operational Management, Sales, Process and Systems implementation. Married and Currently based in London, She holds Masters in Commerce from India and is pursuing LLB in the UK. She found her true calling In the UK higher education sector from 2009 where she has held Senior Management positions with many Leading UK Higher education Colleges spanning a decade which saw UK Immigration overhaul and saw the UK Higher Education transform into what is today a more regulatory and compliance driven sector. She continues to hold Senior management positions with a UK Private Provider creating and implementing policies and systems that align with regulations in the UK. She is a member of Oxford Rotary since 2022 and offers free guidance sessions for international and local students in her spare time. She believes that education is a journey that should be enjoyed and believes that not all classrooms have four walls.
